“Sheep Outside the Sheep Pen” by Rev. Poh on 21st July 2019

In his sermon, Rev. Poh shared that each and every one of us have been called to be a Missionary as stated in the great commission. As such, to evangelise is our mission. But, who shall we reach out to? It could be someone in your regular place of meeting that we can evangelise to. May God bless us with the wisdom and courage to share the Gospel. According to the Bible, Jesus said I have sheep outside the Sheep Pen. I must bring them to me. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd (John 10:16). Meanwhile, the sheep could be pre-believers or lost sheep such as students from the nearby schools, colleges who were scattered because there was no Shepherd. To reach out to them, we need commitment and to spend our energy and time with them. And also we need to bring them to listen to His voice and be one flock and one Shepherd. Therefore, are you willing to walk the extra mile? Are you willing to receive them? The Sheep could be just right at your doorstep for instance at your workplace and in your neighbourhood.
