Sunday School

Proverbs 22:6 says “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”

We have Sunday School for both the 8:30am service at Tabuan Laru and the 5pm service at Chin Daw Methodist Church.

Our mission statement is, “Reaching children with the gospel and bringing them up as disciples.”

We nurture our Sunday School children by teaching them the life changing truth of the Bible through Bible content and related interactive activities. Praise and worship is also an integral part of Sunday School. The children learn to personally experience spiritual development and build up godly character. They enjoy friendship and fellowship with their peers.

The children have taken part in Sunday School and Christmas presentations. They also celebrate birthdays together to show love for one another.

We look forward to welcoming more children, enabling them to be blessed and seeing them grow in wisdom and stature in the Lord.
