25 Sept Worship Service

In Rev Lau’s sermon delivered on Sunday 25th Sept 2016 entitled “Who are Methodists?”, he emphasizes on the three (3) General Rules of Methodists (Guidelines for Christian Conduct) which are as follows:

1. Do no harm
(avoiding Evil of Every Kind) – to help the world be less evil.

2. To Do Good
(Do as much good as possible) – Be kind as often as we can.

3. Do the things that bring you closer to God.
– Prayer
– Reading the Bible (reveal the pathway for God to reveal wisdom to us)
– Holy Communion (open table i.e. regardless of denomination)
– Worship
– Serve (follow Jesus example of humility)

Following the worship service, many stayed back for some snack fellowship. We have this tea fellowship at the last week of each month. A very close team of ushers & greeters.
